Vusanani Youth development council (VYDC) was established with the purpose of providing the necessary skills and training development programs a foot into industries through skillsdevelopment programs, projects and training to companies and mining industries in our local surrounding. We have identified that South Africa has a lot to offer as a democratic country. Young South Africans are custodians of beneficiaries within the country and at most times determine what may develop us or not. We aim to use this together with our local, district, regional and provincial mining industries and departments to enhance more local, district, regional and provincial development aiming at unemployment eradication. With the amount of youth and women idling in townships, they can be trained and be equipped to provide for their families and develop their townships with pride in a professional manner.As Vusanani Youth Development council, we are linked with various equipped and accredited trainers and companies accredited to train and certify people with Mining and Operator Skills training/Practice. You can assist us with making sure that this happens through funding or making resources available to make sure that this vision of9 empowering the youth and women comes to fruition.Rationale- Identify- Train- Equip- Facilitate
Executive Strategy- Keeping set dates to carry out the programme.- Outsourcing facilitators and Moderators that will ensure that the programme is run efficiently and according to all mining industry regulations.- Issue certificates and Statements of results to all learners/trainees.- Involve private and government sector- Approach local business man and woman to be involved- Apply for Donations and funding from local business- Develop and train locals or communities according to neighboring companies requirements aiming at redressing the problems of Unemployment in south Africa by giving professional technical skills to all citizens of south Africa so that they can utilize the opportunity of mineral deposits in south Africa that is by acquiring jobs in mines.The training we provide is aimed at; Employed & unemployed individuals to capacity build and enable each to get a job and earn a living in this fast growing nation, since South Africa is a rich country in mineral deposits, there is a need to utilize this opportunity by attain some professional technical skills then redress the problems of unemployment that is to say our trainees are all guaranteed to getting jobs in mines across south Africa as well as being self-employed.
